PressHangar Table of ContentsComing soon
A clean automatic table of contents
What it does
PressHangar Table of Contents builds a tidy, clickable table of contents from the H2–H4 headings in your posts, and adds anchor IDs so the links jump to the right section.
Use it automatically, or place it with a block or the shortcode.
Key features
Built from headings
Collects H2–H4 headings into a tidy, nested table of contents and adds anchor IDs so links jump to the right section.
Three ways to place it
Show it automatically in the content, or place it with a block or the [phtoc] shortcode.
Light and theme-agnostic
Uses core mechanics only, so it works with any theme.
How it works
- 1
Activate it and the TOC appears on eligible posts.
- 2
Move it anywhere with the block or shortcode.
- 3
Edit your headings and the TOC updates itself.
